The client
The client required a system to analyze customer calls and extract meaningful insights to help sales teams convert more quality leads. Traditional methods of manual call review were slow, inconsistent, and resource-intensive.

All call data, transcripts, and insights are securely stored in a centralized database for easy retrieval and analysis.
The platform integrates directly with CRM systems, feeding insights and recommendations into the sales workflow to improve follow-ups and lead prioritization.
