The client
David Franklin needed a dedicated cloud setup for AI workflow, document management, and automation orchestration.

Existing workflows (NAN + Pinecone) and Bookstack instances were fragmented and not optimized for scale. The goal was to migrate, secure, and enhance the system on AWS with automation, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

We deployed a fully AWS-based environment combining:
Infrastructure & Migration: EC2 servers with Nginx SSL, hardened security, and optimized resources.
n8n Workflow Automation: Pipelines for PDF ingestion, OCR, metadata tagging, and Pinecone updates.
AI Integration: OpenAI-powered query retrieval and document processing.
Multi-Domain Bookstack: Hosted separate instances for subdomains with role-based access.
DevOps & CI/CD: Docker containerization, automated backups, monitoring via CloudWatch, and alerts for uptime and usage.
Documentation & Handover: Complete guides, architecture diagrams, and live knowledge transfer sessions.
