The client required a comprehensive VoIP and call tracking platform capable of managing calls, forwarding, and recordings across multiple clients and users while providing detailed insights into communication performance.
Project background
Many agencies struggle to manage calls, SMS communication, and forwarding across multiple clients and users. Manual tracking often leads to missed calls, unorganized logs, and inefficient workflows. The goal of this project was to build a scalable platform integrating VoIP, call recording, SMS tracking, and analytics dashboards.

Taking into account the project’s background, our mission was to develop a scalable VoIP call tracking system that simplifies communication management for agencies and their clients.

The goals
The goal was to build a robust communication platform that enables businesses to track, manage, and analyze calls efficiently.

THE Solution
We developed a multi-tier call tracking platform that centralizes call and SMS management for agencies and their clients.
The system allows agencies, clients, and users to manage communication through role-based access and customizable settings.
Businesses can purchase and assign real or toll-free numbers, configure call forwarding rules, and manage routing options such as direct, round-robin, parallel, or IVR-based routing.
All calls are automatically recorded and stored, with playback options available through the dashboard.
The platform also logs incoming and outgoing SMS messages, providing complete communication tracking.
Custom welcome messages, whisper audio, and email notifications ensure flexible communication workflows.
Analytics dashboards provide insights into call history, active numbers, usage, and performance metrics.
