FuDog wanted a multi-software AI platform to centralize business automation under a single dashboard, starting with Phase 1 to develop the Global Dashboard, AI Receptionist, and product management infrastructure.

Businesses often use multiple tools, leading to fragmented workflows. Phase 1 focuses on building a centralized dashboard, role-based access, and the first functional AI tool—an AI receptionist—while laying the architecture for over 20 future AI tools.

Carpe Diem's Mission
Our mission was to develop Phase 1 of the FuDog Business Command Center to centralize business tools while providing an AI-driven receptionist and robust dashboard infrastructure.
Design a global dashboard for both developer and client-level users.

Phase 1 aims to create the foundational infrastructure for a multi-tool AI business platform.
Centralize access to multiple AI products via a Global Dashboard.
Implement secure user accounts with role-based permissions.
Enable AI-driven call and chat handling with appointment booking.
Provide analytics, reporting, and system management tools for admins and developers.
THE Solution
Phase 1 delivers a robust platform including:
Global Dashboard – Central interface for navigating assigned tools, with sidebar navigation, product listings, and role-based access. Unavailable tools are visible but disabled for client-level users.
AI Receptionist (Voice + Chat) – Handles inbound/outbound calls, recognizes intent, schedules appointments, sends confirmations, and provides lead follow-ups. Chat functionality via website widget, SMS, and future WhatsApp integration.
Call Analytics Dashboard – Tracks calls answered, missed leads, appointment conversions, sentiment summaries, and transcripts.
Admin Portal (Developer-Level) – Manage clients, assign products, view financial dashboards, monitor system health, and manage domains/support tickets.
Product Management Infrastructure – Architecture to support 20+ AI tools in future phases, including product creation, access control, category grouping, reporting datasets, and API setup.
System Management Pages – User account settings, two-factor authentication, notifications, team/user management, and access logs.
The solution ensures modularity, performance, and scalability while providing a strong foundation for future AI tools.
